and enjoyed my 37 years as a teacher at Selden Middle School.
I was Channel 55 Long Island Teacher of the Month in April, 2001. I treated myself by buying my 1955 Chevy Pickup truck as a retirement present. |

Patrice &
I love to travel. After visiting Europe, we have spent 2 weeks the last
3 summers hiking the National Parks out West.
We attend local and Broadway theater about 3 or 4 times a month. Patrice & I are active at Mt. Sinai Church. I am Chief Trustee & Patrice is Co-chair of the Board of Christian Outreach. |
| Hobbies | I love to work in
my gardens. As Patrice says, "I play in the dirt." I design
and plant Country Perennial Gardens.
I am still very active outdoors. I run, mountain bike the trails of Suffolk County, road bike to get ready for triathlons, and swim either at a pool or in the L.I. Sound which lies across the road from our home. I also enjoy the peacefulness of kayaking on L.I. |
| Did I Leave Something Out?? | I want to
thank all the members of the reunion committee.
I must also thank Vic for keeping us in touch with each other. We have met many people either at work, in our neighborhood, at church,or at organzation meetings since 1963, but our classmates are something special. See you in July. |
