Family (Spouse,
Kids, Grandbaby goats, Dogs, Cats, Birds etc.) I have three wonderful children,
Alecia 36, a Special Education Teacher and Flight Attendant, Gary and Craig,
33, Own their own Mortgage Company, Southern Star. From three we expanded
to twelve more. Great daughter in laws and son in law who help accomplish
the best part of the family, my nine grandchildren. They range from ages
nine months to seven years. Four girls and five boys. I am married ten
years to my second hubby Alan, who is my best friend. We have our dalmation
Toner and double yellow parrot Buster. We have to will Buster to someone
as you know he will probably out live us. |
| Accomplishments |
I worked for Middle
Country School District for 26 years in Transportation. You name it I did
it from teaching CDL to winning many Union grievances and settling many
contracts for CSEA. But my biggest accomplishment is being a cancer Survivor
of four years. |
Brief History -
So What Have I Been Doing for the Last
38 Years! |
Went to Nursing
School after High School and married shortly after to my first husband.
Spent 5 years in Hawaii.
Lived in Lake Grove
for 25 years and moved back to Bethpage 11 years ago. Love Long Island
because my family surrounds me here. A very lucky Grandma to have all three
families about 25 miles away. |
| Hobbys |
Many hobbies
of which cooking and gardening are my favorite. I spend much time going
to Classic car shows as my hubby is a collector. Love to go boating and
fishing. I really love the outdoors and spending time with my little ones.
We travel and go to the theatre a few times a year. That's what's nice
about living in Bethpage. Still close enough to the city. |
